Since app update 6.1.0 you can find more information about your status in the menu item 'Campercontact PRO'. This to introduce everyone to the advantages of Campercontact PRO. Every user of the new app used the PRO-version of the app until 1 November 2020.

NEW: There are now again two versions of the app: the PRO-version and a FREE-version.

In this update the following has changed: After this we will once again focus on the continious improvement of app- and website functionalities. After that, we will focus on developing other app and website functionalities. And at a later stage we will also offer Android users the possibility to save these maps on an SD card. The result of this will be that PRO users will be able to download offline maps of all countries of which locations can be found on Campercontact. In the coming months we will therefore work to improve the offline functionality of the app. This functionality is so important that it has our highest priority. The temporary advice is: please don’t download new offline maps.Īs a team we would like to emphasise again that we are very sorry to hear about this problem. This ensures that the app is not updated to the app version without offline functionality. And don’t manually update the app either.

If you have downloaded offline maps, but no problems starting up the app or using the app offline, it is advisable to turn off the automatic updates on your phone (for the Campercontact app).

This will ensure that you also have App version 6.4.2.

Are you still having problems starting up the app? Then update the app manually via the Google Play store (Android) or App store (iOS).

After updating the app to app version 6.4.2, the app starts up again and you can use it again. We went through all possible scenarios and looked at different solutions, after which this appeared to be the only correct temporary solution.

The app kept 'loading' in the green startup screen. This problem caused many users who downloaded offline maps to be unable to start the app. This is due to problems with downloading the offline maps.
